Excited to Eat is a celiac-safe, 100% vegan, and gluten-free bakery. Owned and operated by Gabriella Quattrone (seen below), who crafts each baked good fresh from scratch before each market. At Excited to Eat, we are committed to using high-quality, locally sourced, and organic ingredients to ensure top-quality baked goods that will not leave you feeling unsatisfied and unhealthy. You can find us weekly at the Ocean Beach (Wednesday) and Little Italy (Wednesday & Saturday) farmers markets. You will find a diverse offering of artisan breads, herb focaccia, cookies, cakes, and seasonal specials as well! The best thing about our baked goods? You cannot tell they are made without butter, eggs, dairy or wheat. Don't just take my word for it, stop by one of our weekly markets for samples and see for yourself.
